Ben Bledsoe was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer for the Consumer Direct family of companies in October of 2012.  In his unique professional career with Consumer Direct, Ben performed tasks at every level available in the Company.  He began as a caregiver at Nightingale Nursing and Caregiving in 2004, quickly progressed to a core administrative position, and subsequently served as Human Resources Assistant.  In 2006, he moved to Tucson, Arizona to implement services under a new sister company, Arizona Consumer Direct Personal Care.  After three successful years in Arizona, Ben was promoted to Vice President and asked to return to Missoula.  He initiated comprehensive compliance and quality improvement initiatives in his initial role that increased customer service and ensured accountability and consistency across the entire family of companies.  From 2011 to 2012, Ben supervised and supported nine family companies leading up to his promotion to CEO.

Before joining Consumer Direct, Ben served two years with the Peace Corps in Tonga.  He taught English, Math and Computers at Hango Agricultural College, a tertiary school on the island of ‘Eua.  Ben completed secondary projects and grants that helped construct a computer lab for his school and a restroom for an area kindergarten.

Ben has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Kennedy Western University and a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia.

Ben Bledsoe resides in Missoula, Montana with his wife, Judith, and their sons, Wyatt and Rhett.
