Beth Peterson joined Consumer Direct in June 2010 as Program Manager.   As Program Manager she oversaw a contract to review processes and procedures of for Fiscal Management Agencies.  Additionally, when services in Missouri were initiated, she oversaw operational implementation of the enrollment of services for participants and employees. In October 2012 she was promoted to Regional Director.  As Regional Director she oversaw the delivery of services in four states; Wisconsin, Missouri, Idaho and Texas.  In August 2013, she became the Chief Operating Officer, where her primary role is the oversight and supervision of service delivery and program operations to thirteen Consumer Direct service companies.

Prior to joining Consumer Direct, Beth was Director of Program Services for a Fiscal Support Entity providing service throughout the State of Minnesota.  As Director of Program Services, she oversaw the entire process of service delivery.

Prior to that, Beth worked for fifteen years supervising care provided to people with developmental disabilities.  Her duties included supervising the delivery of services, budget management, recruitment, hiring and training to employees throughout the organization.

Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict with advanced studies in Education from the St. Catherine University. She has extensive education in Person Centered Planning and has provided training nationally on person centered service philosophy and implementation tools.

Beth lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with her husband and two children.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children’s sporting events, cooking for people she loves and gardening.
