Jeff Harriott is the Chief Information Officer.  He oversees information technology, initiatives, and operations for the Consumer Direct enterprise.  Jeff manages the data and voice network infrastructure, line-of-business applications, custom application development projects, system engineering, and the user support team.

Jeff has been involved in IT and healthcare systems for the past 34 years.  Prior to joining CDMS, Jeff worked for 11 years at Microsoft Corporation as a Senior Manager in the consulting services organization.  In that role, Jeff led major technology initiatives and projects for Microsoft’s enterprise customers around the world, with a focus on delivering large-scale e-commerce, enterprise resource planning, and customer relationship management solutions.

Jeff’s experience includes six years with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was a manager in the Government Services Practice.  In that role, Jeff worked in a niche practice focused on planning, development, and implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems for state Medicaid agencies.  He led MMIS projects in New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wyoming during his tenure at KPMG.  Prior to joining KPMG, Jeff worked for the State of Montana where he ran MMIS operations for the Montana Medicaid program.

Jeff earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana.  He holds several professional certifications from Microsoft:  Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Certified Professional (MCP).  He earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.  Jeff lives in Missoula, Montana.
