New IHSS E-Learning
As the Training and Operations vendor, Consumer Direct Colorado (CDCO) is excited to announce a new In-Home Support Services (IHSS) e-learning is now available! This e-learning is geared towards Members (person receiving services) or their designated Authorized Representatives (AR) who are new to the IHSS program. Employer 101 Workshop
December 14, 2022 - December 15, 2022
Consumer Direct Care Network Colorado is hosting a virtual Employer 101 Workshop December 14-15, 2022. Join us to learn more about the Consumer Directed Support Services (CDASS) and its more complex elements. The virtual Employer 101 Workshop will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. There will be six sessions over two days. Attendees may join as many sessions as they would like and are welcome to come and go as their schedules allow.
The Employer 101 Workshop is free, but registration is required. Registration grants you access to all six sessions. For more information about the sessions, please review the workshop schedule below the registration form.

What is CDASS? Join us for an overview of the CDASS service delivery option covering roles and responsibilities, covered tasks, and billing through your FMS provider.
Session 2: 11:30am-1pm
CDASS Advanced
We’ll take a deeper dive into CDASS and cover budgeting, recertifications, switching FMS providers or Authorized Representatives, and more!
Session 3: 1:30-3pm
CDASS Safety: Mitigating Risk of Abuse, Neglect, Financial Exploitation, Sexual Harassment, & Fraud
Safety is so important it needed its own session. We’ll cover important topics such as disaster planning, fraud, abuse, and personal risk and safety.
