New IHSS E-Learning
As the Training and Operations vendor, Consumer Direct Colorado (CDCO) is excited to announce a new In-Home Support Services (IHSS) e-learning is now available! This e-learning is geared towards Members (person receiving services) or their designated Authorized Representatives (AR) who are new to the IHSS program.  However, the e-learning is available to anyone who is interested in learning more. FMS Open Enrollment

December 1, 2019

Open Enrollment happens four times per year. During this time a Client or their Authorized Representative is able to change Financial Management Service (FMS) providers. You may review the enrollment dates and contact information for the three FMS providers in Colorado at Changing-FMS-Providers-Process-Flow-Final_20180809. You will also find additional information on this process to ensure the Case Manager, the Client/AR, and FMS providers are taking the necessary steps needed to make this transition as smooth as possible. If a Client or Authorized Representative chooses to change providers, they need to inform their Case Manager to start the process prior to the Paperwork Due deadline.
