Hello CDASS/IHSS stakeholders,
Earlier in December, the Department sent a mailing to all Consumer Directed Attendant Support Services (CDASS) participants regarding a change to the Financial Service Models offered through CDASS. We have identified that the mailing was sent incomplete and is missing pages.
The Department has requested that this error be corrected immediately. A new client letter and F/EA informational sheet be sent to each CDASS participant. These should be coming to you very soon.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
