Welcome to Consumer Direct Care Network Colorado’s CDASS Resources page. Resources are separated into two categories.
- Member CDASS resources are designed to provide members in the Colorado Consumer-Directed Attendant Support Services (CDASS) program the tools and information needed to complete enrollment and follow-up services.
- Case manager CDASS resources are designed to provide case managers working with members in the Colorado CDASS programs the tools needed to support members through enrollment and follow-up services.

Looking for a case management agency? Find one using the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) case management agency directory.
If you are not getting the service you need from your case manager or case management agency, you may submit a complaint using HCPF’s Case Management Agency Complaint Form.
If you have any issues or feedback related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), enrollment, taxes or other topics, you can send them directly to the Participant-Directed Programs (PDP) Unit. You can contact the unit through:
