About Person Centered Thinking Training
Being Person Centered is Different than Doing Person Centered. “PC” has a whole different meaning for those of us who work in the human services sector. There is a big difference between acting person-centered and being person-centered, and it impacts our organizations and more importantly, the people we support. Being Person Centered is for anyone interested in helping organizations ensure that person-centeredness is ingrained from top to bottom. Attendees will learn not only the concept of being person-centered, but receive training on the value it brings to an organization’s culture and services.
