DirectMyCare.com and the CareAttend mobile app are new time entry tools for veterans and their attendants. These tools are not required, but they offer many benefits. Using DirectMyCare.com and CareAttend is fast, easy, and more secure than paper timesheets.

What Attendants Need to Do

Step 1: Access DirectMyCare.com.

Step 2: Begin Submitting Time.

  • Begin submitting time using DirectMyCare.com.
  • If you prefer to submit time using the CareAttend mobile app, you may download the app.

    • Click here for instructions to download the app for Android.
    • Use your DirectMyCare.com username and password to sign into the CareAttend mobile app.

What Veterans Need to Do

After you activate your account, you can approve your attendant’s time using DirectMyCare.com. If your attendant prefers to submit time using the CareAttend mobile app, they may download the app. Click here for instructions on how you can approve time using the CareAttend mobile app.
