New IHSS E-Learning
As the Training and Operations vendor, Consumer Direct Colorado (CDCO) is excited to announce a new In-Home Support Services (IHSS) e-learning is now available! This e-learning is geared towards Members (person receiving services) or their designated Authorized Representatives (AR) who are new to the IHSS program. CDASS & IHSS Case Manager Forum

For the end of 2017, CDCO will be hosting a CDASS & IHSS Case Manager Forum. From now until December 11th, CDCO will be collecting questions Case Managers have regarding either of the service delivery options. Case Managers can register for the event via Eventbrite and submit their questions there OR via email to infocdco@consumerdirectcare.com (please be sure to note in your email it is for the webinar). The webinar will be joint hosted by CDCO and The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing so please take advantage of this opportunity to ask questions and get answers!
