FMS Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment happens four times per year. During this time a Client or their Authorized Representative is able to change Financial Management Service (FMS) providers. You may review the enrollment dates and contact information for the three FMS providers in Colorado at Changing-FMS-Providers-Process-Flow-Final_20180809. You will find also find additional information on this process to ensure the Case Manager, the Client/AR, and FMS providers are taking the necessary steps needed to make this transition as smooth as possible. If a Client or Authorized Representative chooses to change providers, they need to inform their Case Manager to start the process prior to the Paperwork Due deadline.
