IHSS Member & Authorized Representative Training

Consumer Direct Care Network Colorado (CDCO) provides training and support for the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) self-directed service delivery option. We help members and Authorized Representatives (AR) by giving them tools, training, and support to work with IHSS members and their ARs.

We also work with Financial Management Services (FMS) contractors, other partner groups, and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to make sure the enrollment process goes smoothly and case managers have what they need.

Training That Fits Your Schedule

CDCO offers online training for IHSS members and ARs. You can take the training when it works best for you. When you first log in, you’ll set up an account—after that, it’s easy to pick the trainings that fit your schedule.

Find Care with Confidence

CDASS helps people take charge of their own care. CDCO supports this by offering training for Health First Colorado members, their caregivers, and the case managers who work with them. Our goal is to help you build the skills you need to find care with confidence.
