Virtual Participant-Directed Workshop

Consumer Direct Care Network Colorado (CDCO) is hosting a virtual Participant-Directed Workshop on December 19, 2024.

All are welcome to attend. Join us to learn more about participant-directed services and available long-term care options. The workshop will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. There will be six sessions. Attendees may join as many sessions as they would like and are welcome to come and go as their schedules allow.

The workshop is free, but registration is required. Registration grants you access to all six sessions. For more information about the session, please review the workshop schedule below the registration form.

These services are designed to support CDASS and In-Home Support Services (IHSS) members in navigating their self-directed services and ensuring they have the necessary resources to achieve their goals. Whether they’re new to self-direction or looking for more support, I&A services can help members navigate their care journey with confidence.
